Each of us experiences times of anguish, trials, and sorrow.  We have our fears, our doubts, or our questions.

Speak to Him always.  Ask the Holy Spirit to enable you to walk in the knowledge of His presence.  You will be strengthened even through the most difficult of times.

Psalm 91:1

I dwell in the secret place of the Most High ,  I abide under the shadow of the Almighty,   I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge, and my fortress.”
